Howard Alexander Crow Jr., age 82, died on January 5, 2018, at the Intermountain Medical Center, CICU, in Murray, Utah.
He was born November 1, 1935, in Houston, Texas, to Howard and Patricia Crow. His family moved to Pomona, California, where he graduated from Pomona High School in 1955. It was in Pomona where Howard met the love of his life, Linda Fulton, and they were married on September 24, 1955. Howard and Linda shared 62 wonderful years together, and the Lord blessed them with 2 children, Kathie and Rodney.
Howard was a telephone man. He worked for General Telephone of Southern California from 1955 to 1990, when he retired and moved to Sandy, Utah. During his retirement years, Howard enjoyed Utah’s beautiful mountains, where he skied, fished, and boated.
Howard is survived by his wife Linda, his children Kathie (Steve) Schmidt and Rodney (Marti) Crow, his grandchildren Kristen Schmidt, Jeff (Julie) Crow, Marc (Teresa) Schmidt, Scott (Krystal) Crow, and Tracey (Dave) Ames, and, his great-grandchildren Ashton, Teagan, Greyson, Henley and Hayes, and by his two brothers Doug (Karol) Crow and David (Sharon) Crow and their families.
We wish to thank Sandy Fire #34, and the doctors and nurses at IMC, and especially those at the CICU for both their kindness and care during his passing.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Canyons Church in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, at 1:00 PM on January 13, 2018.
