Andres Enriquez and JoAnn Lopez passed away together in an automobile accident on January 19, 2018 in San Luis De La Paz, GTO, Mexico. Andres Enriquez, 60, was born on June 9, 1957 to Fidel and Amalia Enriquez in Penjamo, Guanajuato, Mexico. JoAnn Lopez, 51, was born on December 2, 1966 to Eloy and Leoneriz Lopez in Salt Lake City, Utah.
They were both hardworking, loving and caring parents. They worked very hard to make sure their children were well taken care of. They were inseparable and enjoyed spending time with their children and grandchildren. They also loved spending time at their home in West Jordan and Mexico, where they spent their time outdoors relaxing and enjoying the music of the crickets. They were both honest, responsible and honorable people. They will be dearly missed by all, and never forgotten.
Survived by JoAnn’s parents, Leoneriz and Eloy Lopez; their children, Claudia, Rosemarie (Saul), Vivian (Miguel) and Roberto; grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by Andres’ parents, Fidel and Amalia Enriquez; JoAnn’s sister, Betty Ann Lopez; Andres’ brother, Francisco Enriquez; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral mass will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 624 W. Lennox Street, Midvale, Utah. Viewings will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday evening at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah and from 12-2 p.m. at the church prior to the mass. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
