She graduated from Hillcrest High School on the Honor Roll. She married the love of her life in January 1972, after meeting him on a blind date. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She served many callings in the LDS church. She loved going to the temple, the London Temple was one of her favorites. She worked in the insurance industry for many years, after retiring she then worked at the Maverik Center, she enjoyed many friendships during her working years. Some of her hobbies were crocheting, knitting, embroidery, ceramics, and cross-stitch. She was famous for her homemade Christmas candies; delicious pies and she made the best traditional sausage rolls. She enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting trips, her favorite place was her cabin, where she loved feeding the squirrels and watching the moose. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with family and supporting her grandchildren in all other activities. Making memories with each grandchild was very important for her.
