Delbert Gary Oxborrow, age 87, long-time resident of Lehi, UT, passed away August 26th at his home in Springville, UT. Born September 26, 1934 in Lehi, UT to Delbert and Eva Colledge Oxborrow Johnson. Married Carol Ashton on September 2, 1954 in Lehi, UT. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on September 2, 2006.

His greatest love was his family and the time he could spend with them. He loved camping in the great outdoors and was a member of Good Sam and served as a Camp Host. He was more than an avid rodeo fan. In his prime he was a Bull Rider and throughout his life he followed the Professional Bull Riding Association (PBR). He drove truck for Geneva, Savage Brothers and Boise Cascade. Also worked for Lehi City and the Utah National Guard.

Survivors: wife, Carol Oxborrow; children, Earlene (David) Varney, Springville, UT; Arnold (Arnie) Oxborrow, Nevada; Brett (Colette) Oxborrow, Georgetown, ID; Larie (Gary) Elliott, Iona, ID; Carla (Justin) Collings, Lehi, UT; LaNet (Phil) Beckstead, Evanston, WY; sisters, Phyliss (Robert) Crookston, American Fork, UT, and Alone Toni (William) Brown, Bend, OR; sister-in-law, Connie Oxborrow. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Dennis Oxborrow, Lehi, UT; 19 grandchildren, 82 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 1, at 11:00 AM in the Lehi LDS Chapel, 1149 N. 300 W., Lehi, UT. Friends may call Wednesday, August 31st, from 6 – 8 PM, also at the Lehi LDS Church and one hour prior to services.

Burial: Lehi City Cemetery.
