Madge Jeanette Green

On March 31, 2022, Madge Jeanette Green passed away peacefully at age 100. Madge was the mother of five children; however, many people thought of her as their own mother. Madge was born in Herriman on June 16, 1921, to Heber and Erma Crump. She was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved music, especially the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and adored the pets that joined her on her journey through life. In her 90s, she enjoyed the company and friendships she made through many roles she held in her church Ward in Taylorsville. She is missed and loved by all who had the opportunity to meet her. Madge is survived by her daughter Karla McCann, brother Boyd Crump, sister Fern Nelson, and five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Royal France Green, her daughter Nikki Green and her sons Terry Green, Brian Green and Dennis Green. On Tuesday, April 12, 2022, a visitation will be held at Goff Mortuary on 8090 South State Street, Midvale, UT 84047, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. It will be followed by a burial service at Midvale Cemetery starting at 12:30 p.m. at 461 West 6th Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047.
