Allen Joseph Hart

Allen was born in Murray Utah to Marie Adella Smith Hart and Amos White Hart on December 11, 1950. After many years of health problems Allen passed away on June 25, 2025. He is free at last.

Allen attended Jordan High School, earned a BS degree from BYU and an MBA from UTEP. He served in the Boston Massachusetts LDS Mission. He served honorably in the Utah National Guard.

Allen was employed by the State of Utah as an accountant.

Allen enjoyed gardening and cooking. He was a care giver to his parents in their latter years. He was a gentle man and kind to all. He lived and breathed BYU football, hope he can follow it in heaven!

Survived by sister Mina Hart, brothers Terry Hart and Calvin Hart. Preceded in death by his parents Amos and Marie Hart, sister Elaine Sevy, brothers Owen Hart and Brent Hart.

Funeral services will be held at 11:AM on Wednesday July 2 at the Pioneer Ward, 220 East 8680 South, Sandy. Viewing will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 South 700 East, Sandy.
