Allen Jay Jenson, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2026. He married Christina Jenson in 2009, and they shared an amazing 17 years together. Allen was born on January 17, 1983, along with his twin sister Ellen in Sandy, Utah, to Greta and LaMoine Jenson. As the 11th of 13 children, from a young age, he demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and an exceptional work ethic. These qualities carried into adulthood, where he took great pride in building a successful business alongside his brother and business partner Dan Jenson. Nad Nella Builders was one of his greatest passions and he was truly a master of his craft.
A beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. His greatest joy in life was his family, and his love for them was unwavering. He was also deeply rooted in his faith, which guided his life and relationships. With his witty sense of humor, he found immense happiness in spending time with his large and close-knit family. Always valuing connection and being together.
He was known for his kindness and generosity. Allen was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He had a natural ability to make others feel supported and cared for, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Allen shared a deep passion for sports with his brothers and was known for his natural athletic ability and competitive spirit. Whether playing or cheering from the sidelines, he gave his all. He was a devoted Atlanta Braves fan and loved sharing that enthusiasm with his wife and children, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
He is survived by his loving wife Christina and 4 children: Isaac, Emma, Hannah, and Hallee, his mother Greta Jenson, siblings, and many extended family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by their fifth child, his father, LaMoine Jenson, his sister, Annette, and his twin sister, Ellen.
Viewings will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and again on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at the RCA Building in Bluffdale, Utah (1224 W. 16580 S.). Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Interment will take place at Rocky Ridge Cemetery.
Allen was truly remarkable. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of love, strength, and generosity will live on in the lives he touched.
