Anthony Daniel Romero

Anthony Daniel Romero was born on July 8, 1980 to Dan Romero and Debbie Bandera Romero, of West Jordan, Utah.

He passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 42 years old due to complications of pneumonia. He was surrounded by his family.

Anthony was married to Lisa Suarez on September 27, 2003, and were later divorced.

He is survived by his children, Anthony, Kendal, and Tyler, parents, Dan (Glenette) Romero and Debbie Romero, brothers, David (Barbara) Romero, Andrew (Sarah) Romero, and Mario Castillo, and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by uncles James Castillo and Daniel Vigil, aunt MaryAnn Castillo, and grandparents Lee and Rose Romero.

Anthony will be remembered for his infectious laugh. His favorite teams were the KC Chiefs and the University of Utah football. He loved to play football and baseball in his younger years. Please feel free to wear Anthony’s favorite color red to the services. His parents always had hope that Anthony would find his way, but the struggle was too great. He is in heaven in the arms of those who preceded in death. Smile 4 Me Now

There will be a viewing on March 16, 2023 from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. Graveside services March 17 at 11:00 am at Redwood Memorial Estates. Friends and family are invited to his Celebration of Life luncheon at PX Palace, 7879 So. 1530 West, Ste. 600, West Jordan, UT at 12:00 pm.
