Bette Lou Sims

Bette Lou Pace Sims, age 91, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family. She was born on June 10, 1930, in Murray, Utah to Robert Dubois and Marie Davis Pace.

Bette loved people and always put others ahead of herself. She had a magical way of making you feel better just being with her. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She loved and lived her religion. She held many callings and served in each capacity with honor. She leaves a legacy of love, service, and kindness.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She treasured her time with her sweet great grandchildren, Marie, Ethan, Grayson, Remi, Lyla and Quinn and was blessed to spend so much time with them. They loved their G.G. wide!

Bette is survived by her daughters Shauna (Lori) Sims and Rebecca (Brian) Dunn, and her son Steven (Cathi) Sims; her grandchildren, Jessica and Bryce Craig, Brantley Dunn, Taylor and Alex Dahl, Mackay and Sammi Dunn, Pace and Katie Sims, Andrew, Elizabeth and Adam Sims.

As per her wishes, there will be no funeral or viewing. A private graveside service will be held at Bountiful City Cemetery with immediate family. In lieu of flowers, you are invited to make a donation to the Perpetual Education Fund, Missionary Fund, or charity of your choice, or perform an act of service in her name.
