Bret Alan Pangos, age 63, passed away peacefully in St. George, Utah on November 22, 2021, due to cancer and Covid.
Bret was born on March 2, 1958, in Murray, Utah to James E. & Carol Pangos. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and very passionate about the Gospel and his love for the Savior.
Bret worked as a salesman in Costco alongside his wife, Sally. He was a very successful salesman wherever he worked because he had the ability to connect with people. People found it easy to talk to him.
Bret had a great love for the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, and riding his Harley. He loved to paint rocks and share them with others.
Spending time with family and friends was very important to Bret. He loved having company and loved having people come and visit him.
Bret was happily married for 33 years, to his best friend and the love of his life, Sally Nadauld.
He is survived by his 8 children: Dustin Brown (Raelynn), TJ Brown (Kensie), Jaxson Brown (Tiffany), Brody Brown (Michiru), Carley Draper (Dexter), Talia Jennings (Matt), Trever Pangos (Wendy) and Coner Pangos (Karol), 25 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous others. He is also survived by his siblings: Karen Conner, Becky Skola (Kell), Lisa Christiansen (Ron), Gaven Pangos, and Jimmy Pangos (Stephanie). Bret had past daughter-in-laws in his life, that will always hold a special place in his heart. Mercede Brown, Tara Nadeau, and Amber Stalian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 grandchildren, Evan Max Brown, Titan Brown and 1 niece, Corie Marie Skola.
There will be a viewing held on Friday, December 3, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street, Midvale, Utah. The funeral will follow at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Venmo of Sally Pangos, to help with medical bills and funeral expenses. @sally-pangos4444
