Brian Lee Brockbank

Brian Lee Brockbank passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Brian was a devoted father and grandfather. He is survived by his four children: Bart Isaac Brockbank, Bradley Dean Brockbank, Jennifer Lee Brockbank, and Mark Watson Brockbank, along with 12 cherished grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, all of which brought him immense joy.

A successful businessman, he owned and operated two funeral homes in the Pacific Northwest, serving countless families with compassion and professionalism. For Brian, his work was a calling. He believed in caring for others and treating each family with dignity.

Brian was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in numerous callings and living his faith quietly through acts of service and kindness. He loved fishing, flying his airplane, listening to country music, and capturing life through his photography.

Additionally Brian was a life long supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and even attended Wood Badge in Philmont, NM in his mid 20’s. Through his scouting efforts, he was able to help all 3 of his sons to earn their Eagle Scout Awards.

He also found a lot of joy in classic shows like M*A*S*H and Star Trek, and his curiosity never dimmed. He loved studying and teaching the Gospel, astronomy, and chemistry.

In his youth, he played many sports and lettered both in football and basketball. Later in life he earned a black belt after many years of studying Shotokan Karate; a reflection of his discipline and passion.

Brian was married to Donnamay Brockbank for 26 years before their divorce and raised four wonderful children. Above all, he loved people and being able to connect with them, listening to their stories, and making them feel valued.

Brian leaves behind a legacy of faith, service, hard work, and love. His life was a testament to quiet dedication and a genuine love for those around him.
