Charo was her best friend they talked on the phone multiple times a day, shopping trips, lunch dates, vacations. Whenever Charo was having a bad day, she would call up her mom and her mom would brighten her day. Christine would call and sing it's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood to Charo and her grandson Eloy on their way to school.
Christine married the love of her life Randy on April 14, 2014 finally after 20 years "just to make sure." They had a mutual love of the Utah Jazz. They held season tickets for many many years. "You never said I'm leaving, you never said goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knew why. A million times we needed you, a million times we cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place that no one could ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God took you home." Author Unknown.
