Edward Morel Kelley

Ed Kelley, 102, passed away on February 27, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on December 26, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois to James and Lillian Kelley, the oldest of seven children. Ed married Frances in 1943 in Balboa, California.

He was a veteran of World War II, serving as an Army Air Corps Pilot. Ed was a gifted teacher and professor. He was a father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a world traveler and great storyteller! The impact his life had on so many will never be forgotten by his family and friends. The world will not be the same without him, and is surely a better place for him having lived in it.

Survived by his daughter, Lillian Hauze of Colorado, two sons, Randy Kelley of Colorado and Chris Kelley of California, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Services were held at Goff Mortuary in Midvale, and interment was at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
