Elaine R. Marion

Elaine Rose Marion, 85, passed away peacefully of natural causes at Sunrise at Holladay in Holladay City, Utah, on the evening of November 14, 2022 with her son Bradley E Marion, daughter-in-law Leslie A Hart, and family friend Gary Green at her side.

Elaine was born to Ott and Vesta Seidel on March 5, 1937, in Salt Lake Utah, where she was raised. Elaine is preceded in death by her parents Ott R and Vesta T Seidel and her husband Sidney A Marion. Survived by son Bradley E Marion (Leslie Hart), brother Stephen O Seidel, brother B Michael Seidel and nephew S Russell Seidel PhD (Teresa Camastro).

Elaine met Sidney at a couple's dance attended at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah. Sidney married Elaine Seidel on November 29, 1958, with whom they had one son, Bradley E Marion, born in mid 1960.

Elaine retired after many years of working for Henrie Dry Cleaners as Comptroller. She will be missed by everyone in her life.

A memorial will be held at Goff Mortuary at 8090 S. State St, Midvale, UT 84047 on July 12, 2024 from 11:00 AM MT to 12:30 PM MT. After services, Elaine will be interred at Camp Williams, Utah next to her husband in his niche.
