Elma “Rusty” Neff Harper Michoff

Elma, 97, passed away on September 18, 2023 in St. George, Utah. She was born on August 17, 1926 in East Millcreek, Utah to Cyrus LeRoy and Mary Catherine Neff. Elma married W.S. “Bill” Harper in 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah, later divorced.

She retired from National Semi Conductor – Quality Dept., and was a volunteer at “Senior Companion” for the State of Utah. Her hobbies were dancing, bowling, playing pool, and her family.

Survived by four children: Clark Neff Harper, William Scott Harper, Jody Lawman, and Debbie Corona; 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 34 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, Cyrus and Mary Catherine Neff; siblings: Don Neff, Jean Hansen, Connie Vale, Joan Dalton, Gwen Burns, and Jay Neff.

Graveside services will be held Friday, September 22nd at 11:00 am at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South, Millcreek, UT 84117.
