It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Laura (Lolly) Elizabeth Parker, 37, on May 15, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah. After many health struggles and a sudden severe illness, Lolly passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family.
Lolly was born on April 10, 1988, in Tallahassee, Florida. Although she always considered Tallahassee home, she spent her adult life living in Utah County, Utah. In 2011 she married Todd Parker with whom she had two beautiful children, Libby in 2014 and Milo in 2016.
Lolly loved her kids and her family more than anything in the world. She was very nostalgic and enjoyed watching old family movies and reminiscing about old times with her siblings and cousins. Lolly had a big heart and a tender spirit. She treasured her close relationships and had a special ability to make others feel valued and appreciated.
One of Lolly’s greatest loves was music, a trait she shared with her dad. They went to many concerts together and enjoyed bonding over listening to their favorite bands. Anyone who knew Lolly well knows that she especially loved The Beatles and proudly displayed Beatles memorabilia all over her house. She was a big sports fan, especially Florida State University football. She always looked forward to visiting Tallahassee to attend games.
Lolly is survived by her parents, Ron and Jackie Stone; her children, Elizabeth (Libby) and Milo Parker; her former spouse, Todd Parker; her siblings, Sara Charles and husband Dave, Jennifer Davis-Smith and husband Pete, Andrea Nelson and husband Rob, Steven Stone and wife Laura; and many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gordon Barth Stone, Marilyn Morrill Stone, Jack Stanley, and Barbara Ryan Stanley.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date. Details to follow when finalized.
