Mike Sperry

Mike Aaron Sperry passed away September 29, 2023. He was born May 13, 1944 to Lawrence Sperry and Lucy Jackman. He was raised in Nephi, Utah and kept many of his childhood friends his whole life. 

He married the love of his life, Dixie Rasmussen on September 1, 1962. He had two sons, Wade and Jeff. He was preceded in death by his son Jeff. He has one sister, Bonnie Crosby. 

He worked as an elevator mechanic for many years. He was respected by many and a giant in the elevator union. He loved to fish and hunt and had a fishing boat most of his life. He loved to go to the mountains and camp. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family. 

A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Vine Bluff Cemetery (1150 North 400 East), Nephi, Utah, with a viewing from 10:30 to 11:45 at Anderson Funeral Home (94 West 300 North), Nephi, Utah.
