Nathan Charles Hussey

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of “Nathan Charles Hussey, a devoted husband, father, and brother, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2025, at the age of 36.” Born in Ogden, Utah on August 28, 1988, Nathan was the son of Craig Hussey and Renee Hussey. He married his beloved wife Carmen Garcia, on March 23, 2011, and together they raised their son Hayden.

Words cannot express how much we love and cherish Nathan. How blessed we have been to have had him in our lives for his beautiful time on earth. Blessed with a wonderful knee mind and intellect for fixing cars, a love of music, fast cars, and cooking. He lived a live full of love and laughter. Nathan was an incredible father. He loved his son with all of his heart and cherished the big and small moments of their lives. He loved playing, watching movies, snuggling, and caring for his son.

His young son Hayden, looked up to him, and taught him many life lessons. The meaning of unconditional love, loyalty, integrity, resilience, and compassion, values that he will carry with him always. His memories will live on forever in our hearts.

Nathan was an incredible husband, friend, and partner. He loved Carmen with all of his heart and made sure she knew it every day. He loved her for who she was without asking her to be anything else and with all her flaws. To give that kind of unconditional love to his wife and son was an incredible gift that will live in their hearts forever.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Nathan is survived by his wife Carmen, son Hayden, mother Renee, and brother Spencer.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 11am-12:30pm at 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, UT 84047. The burial service will follow at 1pm at 4567 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123.
