Peggy Jane Maynard Garn
She was born on January 2, 1945 in Oakland, California to Arland Maynard and June Finlayson Maynard.
She was always smiling and happy and looking for ways to serve and to help others.
She enjoyed cooking and baking, gardening, walking her dog and vacationing with family and friends. She made many treasured blankets and quilts for the grandkids.
Peggy worked at Smith’s as meat deli manager for 25 + years and served in many capacities in the LDS Church.
Survived by sons, Darrell (Allison) and Rod (Julie), grandchildren, Zach (Rayya), Tyler, Staysha (Stephen), Brayden (Kaylee), Justin, Corey (Katja) and Ryan and brother, David (Karen). Preceded in death by husband, Roy and brothers, Stan and Rick.
A viewing will be held at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 6-8 p.m.
