Rhonda Thomas

Rhonda Andrus Thomas, passed into the loving arms of her Eternal Companion February 5, 2022. She was born a "Red Headed Valentine" on February 14, 1943 to Marlon Anton Andrus and Edna Hamblin Andrus.

Rhonda grew up in Draper, Utah. She cherished the fond memories she had of her childhood and teenage years in Draper, and the many friends she held so dear. During high school at Jordan High, Rhonda caught the eye of John W. Thomas, she soon realized he was the love of her life. They married on September 27. 1963, in the Salt Lake Temple. Rhonda had a lovely singing voice, she spent 15 years singing with the Salt Lake Symphonic Choir, as well as in many other church and organizational choirs. Rhonda loved to have fun, she was the "Life of the Party" with her fun loving nature and sense of humor. She enjoyed having family over for holiday and family dinners, followed by board games or Charades. She along with her family looked forward to their many trips to the family cabin or vacationing on the Oregon Coast. One of the last things she did was watch one of her favorite Doris Day movies before she passed. With the fondest of memories Mom, we send you home to Dad, until we meet again.
