Samuel Quinn Lewis

On November 7, 2022, Sam made his journey up to heaven to join our heavenly father.

On Oct 4, 1971, Sam was blessed into the lives of his loving parents Gene A & Dolores Lewis (Neebling) in Salt Lake City, UT. Samuel was the middle child of five children. He had four siblings Stacy (Todd), Benjamin (Lenny deceased), Nancy (deceased) and Daniel (Angel).

Sam and his wife Annalee were brought into each other’s lives on June 19, 1992.

They had two beautiful girls Samantha and Lexi together. His girls were his world; he cherished them with every bone in his body. Sam had a big heart that could be felt by all that crossed his path. Following that was his charm and charisma which was topped off with a dash of sass.

His family meant the world to him, and he would do anything for them.

Sam loved life and living in the moment. He was a great fisherman and enjoyed camping, traveling with his family, playing his guitar and was passionate about riding his motorcycle with Annalee.

He was a hard worker, and a passionate business owner following his dreams of landscaping by displaying his artistic side in every project he created. Sam was a genuine and loving person and friend to all. He was encouraging and could always find a person’s strengths.

Sam loved his niece Mi-Cha, and nephews Nathan, Kwan and Minki and enjoyed spending time with them.

Sam will be sorely missed by his family and friends and all those he touched during his lifetime.

We will not say goodbye, but rather say we will be with you again and rejoice and touch once more.
