Tracie Lee Ballard

Tracie was born on April 7 in Fresno, California, to Lola Bryden and Duane Kelley. Her stepfather, Howard “Dan” Reagin, helped raise her from a young age and had a profound impact on her life.

Tracie lived in California until 1993, when she moved to Utah with her family. She enjoyed many activities and hobbies, including spending time with loved ones, going to the lake, camping, drawing, painting, writing, watching films, and caring for animals, which she deeply loved.

Tracie had an infectious sense of humor, offered deep empathy to others, and had a gift for making everyone feel embraced and valued.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her two sons, Jeffrey Adam Reagin Ballard and Daniel Nicolas Reagin Ballard.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Her love lives on in those she touched.
